▶ Polyurea spraying on the surface of  screen under beams

The surface of screen beams are sprayed with wear-resistant polyurea material, and annealing heat treatment was carried out to eliminate welding stress. The side plates and guard plates are cut by CNC plasma; the connectors are connected by high-strength riveting bolts without welding seam.

▶ High frequency vibrating motor

The main body of screen is driven by two high frequency vibration motors to generate linear motion, so that the material can be ejected along the moving direction, so as to operate the screening and dewatering

▶ High quality hot rolled steel

The main body of the screen machine is made of high quality hot rolled steel, and the main vibration beam is designed with thick wall seamless steel pipe.

The advantages of screen panels on FY-GPS Series High

The screen meshes of Fangyuan Linear Vibrating Screen is anti-blocking and wear-resistant, the installation method is rail seat type.


● The non-plane hump-shape screen meshes are installed the screen machine, which has high    opening rate.  For the same area, the screen is designed into a non-plane "hump" shape, which increases the screening area and doubles the screening efficiency.

● Compared with the original screen, the screen doubles the water filtration performance, and effectively dehydrates and degrades the substance.

● The screen panels are produced with standard modules, connected and installed with installation pins, and the apertures can be designed according to the customer's requirements.

● The screen holes on the non-plane hump-shape screen surface are increased, which improves    the processing capacity of the screen machine.


Polyurethane hump-shape non plane screen is produced with polyurethane casting molding, The screen panesl are designed as hump-shape stereoscopic non plane screen panels, which have high opening rate, increase the screening area, double the screening efficiency, and effectively dehydrate and dis-integrate. The advantages are high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and noise reduction, convenient installation, its also can save energy and reduce consumption for enterprise.
