1. Price Instructions

1.1 The products listed on the platform are currently only available in CNY and U.S. dollars. You can convert them to the currency unit you are used to at the current exchange rate according to your needs.

1.2 Product prices will be adjusted with changes of cost in raw materials, exchange rates or other factors.

1.3 The price of the product is the ex-works price (EXW) including other fee,such as tax,freight,insurance. Due to the differences in tax rates in different countries and regions, if you need the price without VAT, please communicate with the supplier.

1.4 Because the actual transaction price of the product is affected by various factors such as trade mode and purchased quantity, the buyer needs to communicate with the supplier before paying an order. Then the supplier completes it, and after the buyer confirms that it is correct, it can enter the payment link.

1.5 The current global material prices and international transportation costs are still not over due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. Please consider the impact of unstable factors on the actual execution effect of the order before placing an order.

2. Trade Methods

2.1 At present, the suppliers on platform are companies registered in mainland China, and suppliers from many countries will also enter in the futher. Please confirm the country and region of the supplier before placing an order.

2.2 The cross-border transaction of products has a long transportation distance, and different products have different requirements for packaging, shipping methods, delivery time, etc. The buyer and the seller can negotiate and choose a reasonable shipping method. If there is still any questions, Buttress Roots will also assist in solving it.

3. Brand Instructions

3.1 The products listed by the suppliers on the platform include their own brands and agency brands. For agency brands, attention should be paid to the coordination of brand agents in different countries and regions, and suppliers need to take the initiative to inform the purchaser.

3.2 For some products operated by suppliers, the export process from one country to another country is affected by policy factors,such as high tariffs and customs restrictions. Both buyers and sellers need to understand relevant policies in advance.

4. Payment Instructions

4.1 For a detailed description of the transaction and payment , please refer tothe tradingprocedureand termes of payment.

 4.2 Considering that the unit price of many products in industry and engineering is relatively high, in order to adapt to diversified payment methods, the buyers can communicate with the sellers in advance about the payment ratio before placing the order, and the sellers will complete the order according to the results of the coordination between the two parties.

4.3 In the process of order execution, for bad behaviors such as payment on arrival but not delivery, goods on arrival and non-payment, on the one hand the buyer/seller can resolve such disputes through insurance, legal and other means, on the other hand, Buttress Roots will also cooperate with the world .The establishment of an integrity linkage mechanism by multiple institutions will reduce the integrity rating of the responsible party.

4.4 The platform will not be responsible for any transaction that the buyer and seller have not placed through our platform  if there is a payment dispute.

5. After-sales Instructions

5.1 The buyers and the sellers can specify the warranty period and after-sale service of the product in the contract.

5.2 Considering the inconvenience of cross-border product after-sales service, Buttress Roots has comprehensive after-sales service outlets in many countries and regions. Buyers and sellers can reasonably choose the after-sales service support provided by the platform according to the actual situation.

6. Other Instructions

6.1 When the buyer places an order on the platform, whether it needs to sign a contract with the seller can be reasonably selected according to the order situation. The standard contract generated of the platform is for reference only, and the buyer and seller need to improve the relevant basic information.

6.2 For export invoices, the platform only provides the standard English version of the invoice, which requires further verification between the buyer and the seller .
