- +The flat-packed container house has a simple and safe structure, low requirements on the foundation, more than 20 years service life, and can be turned over many times. Install on site is fast,convenient,and no loss&construction waste when disassemble and assemble the modular houses, it has the characteristics of prefabrication, flexibility, energy saving and environmental protection, so we also call it new type of "green building."
The flat-packed container house is composed of top frame components, bottom frame components, columns and several interchangeable wall panels.
The modular house is modularized into standard parts with using the modular design concepts and production technology and the houses can be assembled on the site directly.
The house is made of special cold-formed galvanized steel components, the enclosure materials are all non-combustible materials, the plumbing, heating, electrical, decoration and supporting functions are all prefabricated in factory.
One house as the basic unit, which can be used alone, or form a spacious space through different combinations of horizontal and vertical directions.
Top frame components
3.0mm thick galvanized cold-rolled steel profile for the main beam,material:SGC340;
Four corner pieces should be welded to the main beam and form a frame;
The sub-beam adopts 7pcs galvanizing steel, material: Q345B, C100x40x12x1.5mm, the spacing is 755mm.
Roof panel: 0.5mm thick Alu-zinc colorful steel plate, white-gray color, PE coating, Alu-zinc content ≥40g/㎡;
Insulation layer: 100mm thick glass wool felt with aluminum foil on one side, density ≥16kg/m³, Class A non-combustible.
Ceiling plate: 0.42mm thick Alu-zinc colorful steel plate, V-193 type (hidden nail), white-gray color, PE coating, galvanized zinc content ≥40g/㎡.
Industrial socket: inlaid in the top frame beam explosion-proof box on one short side, a general plug. (pre-punching on the explosion-proof box )
Bottom frame components
3.5mm thick galvanized cold-rolled steel profile for the main beam, material:SGC340;
Four corner pieces should be welded to the main beam and form a frame,
the sub-beam: 9pcs "π" typed, spec.:120*2.0, material:Q345B, two-pass, long flat-pass reinforced opening 20*10*1.0mm. (Pre-punched holes on the long side beam of the bottom frame)
Insulation layer: without insulation.
Sealing bottom plate: 0.3mm.
Indoor floor: 2.0mm thick PVC floor, B1 grade non-combustible; 19mm thick cement fiberboard, density ≥ 1.5g/cm³, A grade non-combustible.
Corner post system
Galvanized cold rolled steel profile, thickness: 3.0mm, material: SGC440
Four columns can be interchanged.
The columns are connected with the top frame and the bottom frame via Hexagon head bolts(strength: 8.8)
Ensure the insulation block is filled after completed the installation of columns.
Add the insulating tapes among the junctions of the structures and the wall panels to prevent the effect of cold and heat bridges and improve the performance of heat preservation and energy saving.
Wall panel system
Thickness: 75/60mm thick colorful steel sandwich panel, effective width 1150mm.
Outer board: The outer board is made of 0.42mm orange peel pattern Alu-zinc colorful steel plate, HDP coating, color: ivory white.
Insulation layer: 75/60mm thick hydrophobic basalt wool (environmental protection), density ≥100kg/m³, combustion performance is Class A non-combustible.
Inner wall panel: The inner panel adopts 0.42mm pure flat Alu-zinc colorful steel plate, PE coating.
