Considering the particularity of cross-border sales of engineering products, the platform will provide suppliers with pre-sales consulting services, order signing, import and export trade services, after-sales services, translation services and other support, so as to provide a strong guarantee for the smooth completion of orders.

1. Pre-sales Consulting Support

Credit report. In order to facilitate the honest transaction between the buyer and the seller, the platform will provide the credit report of relevant enterprises, and the buyer and the seller can refer to each other before the actual transaction.

Translation services. The early communication between the buyer and the supplier is mainly email, telephone, video conference, etc. Considering the language barriers of communication, the platform will provide relevant translation support. In addition, the online real-time translation consultation window of the platform is under development, and the communication between the buyer and the seller will be more convenient and fast in the later stage.

2. Order Signing Support

After the buyer places an order on the platform, if the buyer and the seller do not need a product purchase and sales contract, they can follow the normal process of the order. If signing is required, the platform will provide signing support. The language version of the contract shall be subject to the specific communication and discussion results between the buyer and the seller. In order to ensure the universality of the contract, it is recommended to retain the English version of the contract in addition to the local language version.

3. Import and Export Trade Services

The platform will provide suppliers with packaging, logistics, overseas warehouse, customs declaration, tax rebate, foreign exchange collection and other services related to export trade. Suppliers can choose reasonably according to their own conditions.

4. After-sales Services

For most engineering equipment exports, after-sales service is a very important link in product sales. In order to ensure the effective use of products in the buyer, suppliers can choose to send their own after-sales service personnel to the product use site to provide relevant services, remote video guidance, or provide relevant services in the after-sales service centers of relevant countries and regions based on the platform.

5. Translation Services

Written Translation. The platform will give the greatest support to suppliers for the translation of documents related to pre-sales, after-sales or product export.

Oral Interpretation. If the voice, video and other related meetings are involved, the platform will also provide interpretation support.
