Pressure Filter

Pressure Filter is developed on the basis of Disc Vacuum Filter, mainly used in coal preparation plants to solve the dehydration problem of flotation clean coal, and has a wide range of application effects. Many coal preparation plants like to use Pressure Filter. However, Pressurized Filters occupy a relatively large area and require a lot of supporting equipment. The exhaust noise of Pressurized Filter is relatively high. With the rapid promotion and application of quick opening diaphragm filters, the number of users of Pressurized Filter has also decreased in recent years. At present, only Laiwu Coal Machinery is still persistently producing this equipment in China, and the effect is also relatively good.

Filter Press

According to the different filter plates, the Filter Press has gone through three stages: plate and frame filter press, box filter press, and diaphragm filter press. Currently, the mainstream product in the market is diaphragm filter press, which is a relatively high-end product. The development of Filter Presses can be studied as a business case.

Before 2015, the development of Filter Press was basically a separate industry, with many factories quietly working in their own fields. The coal industry was doing coal slurry dewatering, such as factories in Hengshui Haijiang, Zhongda Beilaite, Jingjin Equipment, etc. Non-coal mines are engaged in dehydration of concentrate and other products, such as Chengdu Changjie. Wastewater treatment is used for sludge dewatering, such as Xingyuan Environment and Shanghai Fujie Environmental Protection, while other industries are also operating in their own fields, which is natural.

Before 2016, many production enterprises of Filter Press equipment entered a period of confusion, such as Hengshui Haijiang. They had done a lot of projects at the coal preparation plant, but product quality, technological research and innovation, and after-sales service could not meet the needs of on-site users. They fell directly from the industry leader to the bottom, and many other enterprises also faced the same problem.

In addition, many equipment factories have been operating in their own fields without communicating and exploring with other industries, and are unable to learn from and reference each other's advantageous technologies. Once new competitors emerge, enterprises will face great challenges.

Starting from 2016, China's emphasis on environmental protection issues has increased, and the demand for environmental protection equipment in various industries has sharply increased, driving sales growth of related products such as filter presses.

Jingjin Equipment has taken advantage of this trend to provide technical references and penetration across multiple industries. On the one hand, they went deep into the user site and solved the problems of the filter press one by one, which was highly recognized by the users. On the other hand, due to the large number of components in the filter press, many factories purchase external components. Although there has been a lot of initial investment, the effect is still significant, and the quality control of the equipment is very good. In addition, with the relatively reasonable marketing and publicity methods of the enterprise, Jingjin Equipment has entered a stage of development after 2016, and their filter press has achieved first place in many industries. However, in the past two years, after the launch of Jingjin, the pre-sales and after-sales services have been greatly discounted, and the new product performance has been falsely advertised, which has caused a very negative impact on users.

For foreign brand Filter Press, ANDRITZ, Metso, and others are still developing in a moderate manner, without significant fluctuations or improvements.
