Beijing Huazhong Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huazhong) is a professional enterprise, which has been dedicating to the research, design, manufacture as well as project management of belt conveyor systems. The headquarter locates in Optical electromechanical industry, Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Tongzhou District, Beijing. And the factory locates in the Zhongjie Industrial Park in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Bohai New Area, with an area of 33000 square meters. Includes existing workshop which is about 8,500 square meters and about new workshop is under planning which is about 12,000 square meters. There are 65 employees at present.

Technical core: Provide long-distance and large-capacity belt conveyor system design and solutions for clients. We can provide customized technical solutions to meet their individual needs, and pre-consultation & planning for project implementation, includes technical guidance during project implementation. We can design product, equipment and engineering according to ISO, DIN, CEMA, JIS and other technical standards, to make technical solutions are suitable for high altitude, high, low temperature, high humidity and other complex working conditions. Our technical team specializes in machinery, civil engineering, steel structure, electrical, fire control, water supply and drainage and other majors. The design results are analyzed and applied with the American "Overland" software, material flow analysis, 3D modeling and son on to ensure the design is reasonable, economical, efficient, accurate and reliable.
Quality management: We have learned and summarized a set of Huazhong's own quality management system after years of cooperation with customers in various regions around the world. We have passed the ISO 900l quality management system certification, the company has formulated and implemented "product quality internal control standards" which is higher than national standards. The weak points in each process of raw materials & outsourced parts entering into the factory, manufacturing, product packaging, and deliveries are defined as "quality control points" for monitoring. We research and develop intelligent production lines independently, with advanced production technology, online testing and feedback function ensures the excellent quality of product; with highly automated production to ensure the quality consistency of batch product, and avoid the influence of human factors on product quality with traditional production methods. Our product performance meets the requirement of low rolling resistance, low noise, rolling resistance, runout and service life. The service life of our idlers is more than 50,000h, rolling resistance is less than 0.012, and runout is less than 0.1mm etc, which are satisfied international advanced level.
Project management: The company has established project construction management system after years of management experience in the implementation of EPC of long-distance conveying systems, and we have achieved the comprehensive site management from line survey, line selection, equipment design & manufacturing, civil construction, electrical automation control, equipment installation to production commission. And also we have an experienced operation team, who could provide clients operation management after the project is completed and put into production, which reduces the operating cost effectively and ensures the safe, stable and efficient operation of the equipment.
We have passed a number of international system certifications: ISO9001 quality management system certification, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certification, ISO14001 environmental management system certification, EU EN1090 certification, etc. And also, we fully implement ERP and graphic documents and other information management, and have an independent intellectual property system consisting of dozens of patents and proprietary technologies.
Our company's technology and products & equipment are widely used in mining, coal, ports, building material, metallurgy, electric power, chemical and other industry fields. We have exported our products and equipment to more than 20 countries and regions around the world. In recent years, We cooperated with the R&D teams of Beijing University of Technology and Hefei University of Technology, to provide comprehensive solutions in the intelligent monitoring operation management scheme of belt conveyor systems for clients.
